Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY PROCESS ORDERS OF A MINIMUM VALUE OF £5.00 DUE TO ADMINISTRATION COSTS.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone if you prefer. or safely over the internet. Please do NOT fax or send your card details by mail as it is not safe to do sot.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Shipping within the Uk will be by first or second class post (Items weighing more than 75g will go 1st class post). For large, very heavy orders or orders placed outwith the Uk, accept the charge on the order, and we will endeavour to find the cheapest method of getting the goods to you. We will then contact you with the actual cost of delivery to enable you to agree or not before we send the goods or any charge is made to your credit card. |
